11. Occupancv Reports: Annually, on June 30th of every year of the Affordability <br />Period, Contractor shall provide to the City a report containing, at a minimum, the <br />following information: <br />i) Total number of units that are occupied; <br />ii) Total number of units that are vacant; <br />iii) Total number of units that are occupied by staff, if any; <br />iv) A rent roll for all units containing the unit numbers, lease <br />commencement and expiration dates, the number of bedrooms <br />within each unit and the rental rate for each rented unit in the <br />Project; <br />V) For each unit, household income, income limits for household and <br />utility allowance if applicable. <br />ATTY/AGR/2017.145/ STAFFORD FUNDING AGREEMENT <br />REV: 06-21-17 JS <br />Page 22 of 41 <br />
