Councilman Stangel abstained from voting on the <br />Study Session Minutes of 8/22/89 only. <br />----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />None <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br />a. Councilman Bury requested an alternate take his place at an important meeting <br />of the TSM Board on Wednesday, September 20, 1989 at 7:30 a.m. in the Belmont <br />City Hall. Councilman Murray volunteered to represent Redwood City and was <br />appointed by the Mayor to do so. <br />MEMO 8/30/89 <br />b.
