DES:djk C' '01/95 (022/66) (including the dedication of easements contained therein) for the subdivision, and in accordance with the, conditions of approval of the tentative map for the subdivision, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. IMPROVEMENTS. Owner shall, at Owner's own cost and expense, construct all of the improvements ("Improvements") , furnish all the materials, and do all the work hereinafter described, in accordance with, and as provided for in the plans prepared for Owner by RMR Design Group, Civil Engineers, entitled, "Ventana Del Mar Improvement Plans ", and in accordance - with and as provided for, in those certain specifications entitled, "Supplemental Specifications for Civil/Landscape/ Irrigation Improvements", as well as City's specifications entitled, "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City", adopted December 16, 1991, which plans and specification are on file in the office of the City Engineer. Said Improvements shall also be constructed in strict compliance with the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the subdivi'sion regulations of said City. To the extent that a conflict exists between the plans and specifications and said Chapter 30 in regard to the standard for a particular improvement, the stricter standard shall govern. Owner shall complete all of the Improvements, subject to time extensions allowable under paragraph 11, on or before March 13, 1997.
