<br /> DES:djk 0 '01/95 (022/66) <br />the City of Redwood City, such policy shall contain the standard <br />form of cross liability or severability of interest endorsement. <br />Such insurance shall also specifically insure any contractual <br />liability assumed by Owner under the terms of this agreement, <br />including, but not limited to, the provisions of Paragraph 1 <br />above. <br /> 5. MONUMENTS. All pipes and monuments shown on the <br />subdivision map hereinafter referenced which are destroyed or <br />displaced during construction operations shall be replaced by <br />Owner at the time of the final inspection of the Improvements, if <br />any, hereunder by City. <br /> 6. OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS. It is agreed that title and <br />ownership of all Improvements constructed for the benefit of City <br />hereunder by Owner shall vest absolutely in City upon completion <br />and acceptance of such Improvements by City. <br /> 7. WORK SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. All work provided for in <br />this agreement and more specifically described in the plans and <br />specifications herein referenced shall be subject to the approval <br />and acceptance by the City Engineer before the release of any <br />security required herein. Reference is hereby made to (a) that <br />certain final map entitled, "Ventana Del Mar Unit No. 1" (b) <br /> , <br />those certain specifications entitled, "Supplemental <br />Specifications for Civil/Landscape/Irrigation Improvements" and, <br />(c) those certain plans on file in the office of the City <br />Engineer entitled, "Ventana Del Mar Improvement Plans", and (d) <br />those certain specifications entitled "Engineering Standards - <br />City of Redwood City", adopted December 16, 1991,' for a more <br /> 6 <br /> _...
