<br />date. <br />6. Interest Charges on Amounts In Arrears. Prepayment fees not <br />paid by the due date specified above shall bear an interest charge <br />of one percent per month, commencing 30 days from the due date. <br />7. Eligibility Changes Requested by Employer. All eligibility <br />provision changes which are requested by Employer to be implemented <br />prior to the anniversary 'date of this Group Agreement are subject to <br />OHS' prior written consent, which may be withheld for any reason at <br />the sole discretion of OHS. The parties acknowledge that there may <br />be a resulting concomitant increase to the prepayment fees required <br />under this Group Agreement if the eligibility change would increase <br />the size of the group's risk pool or otherwise change the nature of <br />the risk from that which the original rates were contemplated. <br /> - 11 - <br /> , -,.--.-". ,", <br />
