PUBLIC COMMENT - None 2. SUBJECT A. REVIEW OF DRAFT 10-YEAR BUSINESS PLANS FOR WATER ENTERPRISE FUND & SEWER ENTERPRISE FUND Public Works Director Ingram explained that the session would include discussion about 10 year business plans for water and sewer enterprise funds. Ingram introduced various staff and other outside resource people. Utilities Committee Chair Vice-Mayor Ira Ruskin indicated that the committee was before Council to request further direction on the water enterprise fund.
