<br /> EXHIBIT C <br /> PROJECT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> A. METRIC OM shall commence work within twenty-one (21) days upon the <br /> execution of this AGREEMENT. The estimated time for completion of all <br /> initial installation work to be performed by METRIC OM under this <br /> AGREEMENT, including the installation of approximately one hundred (100) <br /> RADIO REPEATERS in accordance with all of the terms and conditions of this <br /> AGREEMENT, is sixty (60) days from the commencement of work. <br /> B. If work to be performed by METRIC OM under this AGREEMENT is delayed <br /> beyond sixty (60) days for reasons beyond the reasonable control of <br /> METRICOM, including, acts of God, floods, earthquakes, or labor strikes, <br /> METRIC OM may request in writing from CITY an extension of time to <br /> complete the work. <br /> C. METRICOM shall perform work under this AGREEMENT during the days and <br /> hours set forth in and otherwise in accordance with the 1992 Standard <br /> Specifications for Public Works Construction. <br /> D.
