CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANCE I EVALUATION <br />While the PS&E construction package is being advertised for bids, questions concerning the intent of the plans <br />and specifications will be answered and forwarded to the City. Assistance will be provided to the City for <br />preparation of addenda to the PS&E during the advertising period. MMA will also provide consultation and <br />interpretation of the manufacturing and construction contract documents. <br />We will assist and advise the City in evaluating submittals from vendors for traffic signal equipment, spread <br />spectrum radio interconnect equipment, antennas, and coordination software in order to ensure compatibility <br />and system integration. <br />We will inspect the mannfilctured equipment and its operation according to specifications during construction <br />and shop testing. <br />We will assist in conducting field tests and engineering studies to evaluate the communications effectiveness, <br />operating frequency range and reliability of the spread specttum radio telemetry system. <br />Meyer, Mohaddes Associates, Inc. <br />35 <br />'..... <br />
