PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM <br /> MRC's project management team for the revenue enhancement audit and <br /> information services consists of the following personnel for whom <br /> biographical profiles are presented according to their specialized areas. <br /> JOHN AUSTIN & ALLEN CHARKOW - PROJECT CO-DIRECTORS <br /> As project co-directors, John and Allen are responsible for the overall <br /> quality control and timeliness of the project. They are also responsible for <br /> making MRCs resources available to the project and assisting in the <br /> technical direction, management and liaison activities. Both will be <br /> personally involved with the revenue enhancement audits and information <br /> services. <br /> John is responsible for the overall design and provision of MRCs revenue <br /> enhancement audits, contract negotiations and client relations. Allen has <br /> overall responsibility for the development and implementation of MRCs <br /> data processing/geographic information systems for auditing, monitoring <br /> and analyzing tax revenues and the generators thereof. <br /> JEFF MIKLES - ADMINISTRATIVE LIAISON <br /> Jeff is responsible for managing client relations with MRC's Northern <br /> California clients. He has over 22 years of management and consulting <br /> experience in public and private sector auditing, finance, administration, <br /> operations analysis and strategic planning. Jeff has extensive experience <br /> and expertise in facilitating worksessions focused on cities' fiscal needs. <br /> Before joining MRC, he was principal of an innovative cost reduction firm <br /> that specialized in reducing expenses in non-personnel areas such as utility <br /> costs, leasing, service and maintenance contracts, and risk management. <br /> Jeff has also served as Assistant City Auditor for a major California city, <br /> Senior Management Auditor for the California Auditor General's Office, <br /> and Senior Consultant for Deloitte Haskins & Sells. Moreover, he has been <br /> an international and domestic Personnel Administration and Data Manager <br /> for a Fortune 100 firm.
