City shall comply with Section 504 <br />of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which provides that no otherwise qualified <br />handicapped individual shall, solely be reason of a handicap, be excluded from <br />participation or be denied the performance of this Agreement. <br />17. Termination. Either Party may elect to terminate this Agreement by giving <br />thirty (30) days prior written notice.
