EXHIBIT "A" <br />FREE SHAKESPEARE IN THE PARK: <br />2017 is the 35th Anniversary of Free Shakespeare in the Park. The Festival's flagship <br />program brings professional productions to large, diverse audiences in beautiful public <br />parks throughout the Bay Area. Each year, Consultant presents a free outdoor <br />production for 30,000 attendees — many of whom have never seen a live <br />Shakespearean performance. These communities include Pleasanton, Cupertino, <br />Redwood City, and San Francisco. <br />Redwood Citv Performances: <br />Consultant will hold six performances of "Hamlet" for Free Shakespeare in the Parks, as <br />detailed below: <br />Location: Sequoia High School (1201 Brewster Ave. Redwood City) <br />Dates and Times: August 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27 on Saturdays at 7:30pm and Sundays <br />at 4:00pm <br />Consultant will provide all permitting with Sequoia High School (using open grove area); <br />compensation includes load -in, performances, and take down. <br />Page 9 of 9 <br />REV: 06-08-17 RL <br />ATY/AGR,2017.134/San Francisco Shakespeare Festival <br />
