A. Appeal by 605 Middlefield, LLC, of Planning Commission Resolution <br />No. 17-06 approving a Downtown Planned Community Permit including <br />fifteen guideline deviations, Tentative Map, Condominium Permit, <br />Density Bonus Parking Ratio and Parking Reduction for 612 Jefferson <br />Avenue pursuant to the City of Redwood City's Downtown Precise <br />Plan, Subdivision Ordinance, Zoning Ordinance, and Affordable <br />Housing Impact Fee Ordinance (603) <br />1. Staff Report; <br />Seth Adams, Associate Planner provided the report. The appellant <br />gave a presentation, followed by the applicant for Habitat for <br />Humanity. <br />2. Open public hearing; <br />Mayor Seybert opened the public hearing. <br />3.
