PUBLIC COMMENT <br />There were no speakers during Public Comment. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR AGENDA PAGE NUMBER 8 <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one <br />motion and one vote. <br />M/S Aguirre/Gee to approve the Consent Calendar, excluding item 6.1.A. Motion <br />carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Council Member Howard recused herself from voting on item 6.1.A - Amendment <br />Number One to the Agreement with David J. Powers & Associates, Inc. for the <br />preparation of an Environmental Impact Report in accordance with the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines for the Veterans Memorial Senior <br />Center/YMCA Joint Project due to a potential conflict of interest. <br />M/S Gee/Borgens to approve item 6.1.A. Motion carried 6-0-1 by electronic vote with <br />Council Member Howard recused and abstained. <br />CITY COUNCIL: Waive reading of the consent calendar and the full text of ordinances <br />and resolutions, and approve the Consent Calendar items. <br />1.
