The following are some concerns from neighbor. <br />that live in the immediate area that I feel need to be addressed. <br /> <br />* How will this project impact water drainage on the <br />hillside? <br /> <br />* How much landscaping will be included and at what height <br />will it be maintained in effort to provide some camouflage of the <br />building? <br /> <br />* Who will be responsible for the maintenance of the <br />building exterior, such as graffiti removal, and how often will <br />it be checked? There is also concern over the quality of such <br />maintenance, as the existing transmission station has had <br />previous graffiti painted over with paint that doesn't match, a <br />condition that has left the building appearing poorly maintained. <br /> <br />* It is our understanding that in the near future the water <br />tank system that sits between the existing building and the <br />proposed building will be replaced. Would it be possible tor <br />these projects be done at the same time to minimize damage to the <br />area? Additionally, could a landscaping plan be simultaneoualy <br />incorporated for the whole project area? <br /> <br />I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and if <br />you have any questions or comments please feel free to contact .. <br />personally at the below listed address or phone number.
