regulatory Leased Premises prior to the Lease commencement or at any time during the term of the Lease. Lessor agrees to cooperate with Lessee in obtaining the local permits and other required governmental approval, and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, to execute any applications, maps, certificates, or other documents that may be required in connection with local permits. 4.04 Compliance with Laws. Lessee shall not do or permit anything to be done in, on or about the Leased Premises, or bring or keep anything in, on or about the Leased Premises, which will in any way conflict with any law, statute, ordinance or governmental rule or regulation now in force or which may hereafter be enacted or promulgated by any public authority. 4.05 Condit.ion. Use and Zoning of Premises. Lessor makes no warranty or representation of any kind concerning the condi tion of the Leased Premises, or the fitness of the Leased Premises for the use intended by Lessee, or of the applicable zoning regulations to Lessee's proposed use thereof, and hereby disclaims any personal knowledge with respect thereto, it being expressly understood by the parties that Lessee has personally inspected the Leased Premises, knows their condition, finds them fit for Lessee's intended use, accepts them as is, and has ascertained that they can be used for the limited purposes specified in Paragraph 4.01. --/ 4.06 Protection Against. Int.erference. Lessor agrees that it will not grant a lease, license, or other rights to any party for use of the Emerald Lake Hills Water Tank Property if such use would interfere with Lessee's operation of the Leased Premises.
