CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES: <br />City agrees to maintain swimming pool to meet water quality standards. This includes <br />the payment to PG&E for monthly service and any chemical costs. <br />2. City shall provide a telephone for emergency use. <br />3. City shall deliver to Consultant the Facilities in a clean and safe condition. <br />4. City agrees to include reference to the Abilities United in any publication and <br />communication to the public via the City's Summer Recreation Guide. <br />5. City agrees to allow Consultant to store pool equipment including paddles, buoys, timing <br />clocks, kickboards, fins and spin trainers in an agreed upon location at the Facilities. <br />Spin trainers are allowed on the pool deck during workouts; however no power cords <br />(per San Mateo County Health Department) are allowed on the pool deck. <br />Page 11 of 11 <br />REV: 05-25-17 JS <br />ATTY/AGR.2017.119/Abilities United <br />
