ORIGINAL <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEEN <br />THE REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ACTING AS <br />FISCAL AGENT FOR REDWOOD CITY 2020 <br />This AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 15th day of June, 2016 by and between <br />the Redwood City School District ("RCSD"), and the City of Redwood City, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation of the State of California acting as fiscal agent for REDWOOD CITY <br />2020 ("CONTRACTOR"), a community collaborative that coordinated the delivery of services <br />to children, youth and families living in the City of Redwood City and North Fair Oaks, an <br />unincorporated area adjacent to Redwood City. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. SERVICES: in consideration of the payments hereinafter set forth, CONTRACTOR shall <br />perform services for RCSD in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications <br />set forth herein: <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide: <br />Project management and implementation services to deliver the Socios for <br />Success dual -capacity professional development series for staff and families at <br />McKinley Institute of Tech. <br />Scope of services: <br />CONTRACTOR will develop partnership between school staff and families by <br />arranging and facilitating community mobilization team meetings and staff <br />training, provide coaching to families, conduct outreach for family meetings, and <br />support <br />Deliverables: <br />• At least 14 Community Mobilization Team meetings with families will occur <br />at McKinley Institute of technology <br />• At least 20 parent leaders from McKinley Institute of Technology will attend <br />Community Mobilization Team meetings <br />• At least 400 promotional flyers (for various activities identified by school <br />leaders) will be distributed person to person by family leaders to other <br />families <br />• At least 200 family -to -family outreach calls, for various activities identified <br />by school leaders, will be completed by family leaders and Redwood City <br />2020 <br />• At least 8 total hours of leadership coaching provided to McKinley Principal <br />• Support and outreach to boost attendance at parent technology workshops by <br />at least 15% <br />
