Attachment 1 to Exhibit A
loading of data and is available to assist in defining conversion requirements and methods. We are
available provide hands-on technical support related to data extraction, transformation, and data
quality evaluation.
NexLevel will participate in conversion validation planning, including advising on validation
methods (real time input to whomever is executing the validations) and reviewing validation results
(assuming those results would be generated by the Cities.
NexLevel will participate in developing the go -live cutover plan and be present for the go -live to
oversee activities to ensure the move to production is successful.
NexLevel will conduct a post -implementation evaluation review (PIER) after system implementation
to enable the Cities to evaluate the contribution and measure the value gained by implementing
the new system. The PIER will provide for organizational learning by documenting the success of
the project and the reasons for that success.
7. Estimated Project Timeline
Based on our experience with similar projects, and utilizing the Cities specific RFP requirements, we
developed the estimated project timeline shown in Figure 4.
scovery
1 2 3 4 5 6 1 7 8 9 110 11 12113;14,151116!17 18 19 20 21 22 23124
Figure 4- Project Timeline
As shown, this timeline is for the first three phases, as those will be completed over a period of 24
weeks. The ability to achieve this estimated timeline will be dependent upon numerous factors
including, but not limited to, the following:
• Availability of staff throughout the project
• Time required for Cities deliverable review
• Whether the Cities go with one RFP, or each goes with a separate RFP
• Whether the Cities go with one solution, or each goes with a different solution
NexLevel can accelerate the proposed timeline if the Cities wish to complete specific aspects of the
project in a shorter timeframe. For example, Phase 3 — RFP can be initiated prior to the completion of
the Phase 1— Discovery.
Phase 4—System Implementation is not shown as it will depend on the vendor selected, available city
staff resources, and the final scope of work that is negotiated for each city. Typically, an ERP
implementation will run 18-24 months.
REV 06-15-17 JS Page 26 of 28
ATTY/AGR/2017127/NEXLEVEL-FSR CONSULTANT
