<br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />CONTRACT VALUE <br />Consultant agrees to provide professional services to the City as described in Exhibit A and <br />delineated herein on a time and materials basis, not to exceed a total of$32,500.00, <br />BREAKDOWN OF SERVICES <br />Consultant shall generally perform the work per Exhibit A and shall submit separate progress <br />billings for work completed. The not-to-exceed departmental amounts authorized is $32,500. <br />STANDARD HOURLY BILLING RATES <br />All work performed by the Consultant shall be billed to the City at the following hourly rates: <br />$95.00 per hour + expenses.
