6.1.1. - Page 30 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant shall provide blanket purchase orders for audiovisual materials (audiobooks, <br />DVDs, and CDs), shelf ready cataloging and processing services, and customized <br />collection development services such as customized standing order collections, pre- <br />selected carts, and Opening Day collections, as needed. <br />When the City places orders from Consultant, all materials must be delivered F.O.B, <br />Redwood City, CA, USA, freight prepaid. <br />Library materials provided must comply with current copyright and intellectual property <br />laws. <br />Consultant will provide customer service which includes inventory, ordering access, and <br />supplying materials in a timely manner to the City per the following specifications: <br />• Unlimited accounts for online ordering, fully integrated with the III Sierra integrated <br />library system and compliant with Edifact standard, as well as online ordering <br />through Consultant's website <br />• 10 day fulfillment time from date of order to shipment for materials in inventory, <br />including processing <br />• Separation of invoices by order account <br />• Provide access to a robust inventory of non-English materials <br />Consultant will provide customized lists of materials for the City's consideration at no <br />charge per the following specifications: <br />• Customized Standing Order lists in the form of prepopulated order carts, including <br />materials in advance of street date, for review by library staff before orders are <br />placed <br />• Customized opening day collection selection lists as requested by City <br />Consultant will provide shelf -ready cataloging and processing of audiobooks, CDs, and <br />DVDs based on the following specifications: <br />• Provide full MARC 21, Level K or higher, records for all items, including pre- <br />publication materials, from OCLC. Include customization to specifications of the <br />Library Director or her/his designee, including item level 949 fields. Provide ability <br />to overlay full records over brief acquisition records in III Sierra ILS. <br />• Assign Dewey Decimal System call numbers and customized spine label cuttering <br />to specifications of the Library Director or her/his designee <br />• Apply all labels and RFID tags to specifications of the Library Director or her/his <br />designee according to the price schedule in Exhibit B <br />ATTY/AGR/2017.160/MIDWEST TAPE, LLC <br />REV: 07-11-17 RL <br />Page 9 of 10 <br />
