Motion carried 6-0 <br />by voice vote with Council Member Aguirre absent. <br />5. Council discussion; <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion of the City Council, (1) adopt a City Council Resolution Adopting <br />the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Budget; and (2) adopt a City Council Resolution <br />approving and adopting the Five -Year Capital Improvement Program <br />M/S Howard/Masur to adopt the City Council Resolution adopting the Fiscal <br />Year 2017-2018 Budget and adopting the City Council Resolution approving <br />and adopting the Five -Year Capital Improvement Program.
