Amendments to the City of Redwood City Salary Plan and Executive <br />Management Summary of Benefits (905) <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution (1) amending the City's Classification and Salary Plan to <br />reclassify the GIS Coordinator to GIS Manager, to increase salary ranges for <br />Executive Management positions, and to update the salary ranges for casual <br />and contract employees, and (2) amending the Executive Management <br />Summary of Benefits to provide for a reduced pension cost-sharing <br />contribution for miscellaneous employees in the Tier 1 and 2 pension plans <br />M/S Gee/Borgens to adopt a resolution (1) amending the City's <br />Classification and Salary Plan to reclassify the GIS Coordinator to GIS <br />Manager, to increase salary ranges for Executive Management positions, <br />and to update the salary ranges for casual and contract employees, and (2) <br />amending the Executive Management Summary of Benefits to provide for a <br />reduced pension cost-sharing contribution for miscellaneous employees in <br />the Tier 1 and 2 pension plans.
