The PROJECT requires the following environmental requirements/approvals: <br />ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITS/REQUIREMENTS <br />Federal Endangered Species Act Section 7 USFWS <br />Federal Endangered Species Act NOAA/NMFS <br />BO Section 7 USFWS <br />BO Section 7 NOAA/NMFS <br />Essential Fish Habitat (EFH), NOAA/NMFS <br />Federal Coastal Zone Mgmt. Act Consistency Determination, San Francisco Bay <br />Conservation and Development Commission <br />Federal Coastal Zone Mgmt. Act Consistency Determination, CCC <br />Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) <br />19. As IMPLEMENTING AGENCY for PS&E, CITY is responsible for all PS&E <br />OBLIGATION except those PS&E activities and responsibilities that are assigned to another <br />PARTNER in this AGREEMENT and those activities that may be specifically excluded. <br />20. CALTRANS will be responsible for completing the following PS&E activities: <br />CALTRANS Work Breakdown Structure Identifier (If Applicable) <br />Independent Quality Assurance <br />21. CITY will prepare Utility Conflict Maps identifying the accommodation, <br />protection, relocation, or removal of any existing utility facilities that conflict with construction of <br />the PROJECT or that violate CALTRANS' encroachment policy. <br />CITY will provide CALTRANS a copy of Utility Conflict Maps for CALTRANS' concurrence <br />prior to issuing the Notices to Owner and executing the Utility Agreement.
