6.3.C. - Page 72 <br />• Upper Confidence Limit statistical evaluation of the parcels ADL <br />• Figures showing the Site, sampling points, areas included in the UCL calculations, <br />grading recommendations <br />• Conclusions and recommendations for soil and dewatered groundwater <br />management <br />AECOM will address the City's and Caltrans comments and issued the final report. The <br />final report will be stamped by a California Professional Geologist or Professional <br />Engineer. <br />9. Asbestos/Lead Based Paint/PCB Test Report <br />AECOM will investigate the potential for hazardous materials building components in <br />the structures to be demolished that will be coming into the Right -of -Way or are already <br />on the existing Right -of -Way. <br />The purpose of the investigation will be to identify hazardous building materials that will <br />require management and or mitigation measures, as follows: <br />• Lead Based Paint (LBP). <br />• Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM). <br />• Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) in building materials from structures that are to <br />be demolished as part of the project. <br />AECOM will develop a detailed investigation workplan for review and approval by the <br />City and Caltrans that will be based on a statistical sampling approach to accomplish the <br />following. <br />■ LBP, ACM, and PCB materials testing: <br />• Evaluate four existing bridges <br />• Evaluate four existing buildings, including Denny's (1), Public Storage (2 <br />each), and a Corporation Yard (1) <br />• Provide properly credentialed AECOM/subcontractor staff to collect required <br />samples. <br />• Establish which structures may require pre -demolition removal of hazardous <br />building materials before these structures are demolished. <br />AECOM's work plan will include the following elements. <br />• Review of the goals of the plan. <br />• Description and figures of the sampling locations, depths of samples to be <br />collected, frequency of sampling, and other procedures. <br />• Description of the analytical procedures to be used. <br />Page 28 of 73 <br />REV: 07-18-17 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2017.166/AECOM 101/84 PS&E <br />
