6.3.C. - Page 89 <br />• Preconstruction surveys: Proposed survey approach for nesting birds, bat activity and <br />salt marsh harvest mouse will be developed. <br />• Construction monitoring: Requirements for monitors during construction will be <br />developed. This would cover nesting birds (prior to each nesting season) and salt marsh <br />harvest mice. <br />Worker education program: The <br />requirements will be developed. Thi <br />schedule, requirements, and handouts. <br />Task 5.5 Resident Engineer's File <br />worker training with regard to environmental <br />s will include an outline of the training approach, <br />AECOM will prepare and submit a Resident Engineer's (RE) file in accordance with Caltrans' <br />requirements and include project relevant items identified in the Resident Engineer's file check- <br />off list. <br />The items that will be included in the RE file will be per Appendix GG — Project Data Checklist <br />of the PDPM and Section 4-9 of the OSFP Information and Procedures Guide. <br />Task 5.6 Combining Highway/Structure PS&E <br />AECOM will combine the (100%) Structures Plans, approved by Caltrans Engineering Services, <br />with AECOM's final (100%) Highway PS&E documents into a single construction contract <br />package. Combination will include the following: <br />• PS&E documents <br />• Right-of-way and utility relocation requirements and review of right-of-way certification <br />documents <br />• Preparation of lane closure charts with traffic study backup <br />■ Updated Construction Schedule <br />Consistency between design documents will be checked for the final time prior to submittal to <br />the City and Caltrans. The combination process will be performed at least one week prior to the <br />Task 5 submittal. <br />Task 5.7 PS&E Forms and Approvals <br />AECOM will update the Draft PS&E Forms submitted in Task 4 and complete the documents for <br />final review. AECOM will also prepare the following PS&E Forms and obtain approvals: <br />• Construction Contract Submittal Memorandum <br />• Combined Basic Engineering Estimate System (BEES) <br />• Project Information Form <br />• Quality Control Certification of First Submittal to DOE <br />• 100% PS&E Submittal to DOE Checklist <br />• TMP Checklist <br />■ Non -Standard Special Provision (NSSP) Status List <br />■ NSSP — Concurrence and Approval <br />Page 45 of 73 <br />REV: 07-18-17 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2017.166/AECOM 101/84 PS&E <br />
