Should it become <br />necessary to split the PS&E package into two bid packages, AECOM will submit a <br />separate scope and fee for the additional effort required. <br />• Public Outreach, Public Meetings and Community Meetings are not included except as <br />identified within the Scope of Services. <br />R:ight of Entry <br />* Encroachment permit applications to perform design activities within Caltrans and City <br />right of way will be prepared by AECOM for the City's signature.
