to offset any staff time of a public agency that facilitates public hearing proceedings and <br />to offset the cost of public services to any respective CalPFA project over the life of the <br />financing. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose to not adopt the proposed resolution approving CalPFA's issuance <br />of the 2017 Notes on behalf of Verity Health and Verity Health would have to find <br />alternate means of raising the necessary working capital. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />None. Approval of the attached resolution constitutes approval of the 2017 Notes to be <br />issued by CalPFA for the benefit of Verity Health and does not commit the City of <br />Redwood City to any financial responsibility for repayment of the 2017 Notes.
