Recommendation: <br />By resolution, approve and authorize the installation of one speed hump on <br />Fernside Street between McGarvey and Roosevelt Avenues and replace the <br />two temporary speed humps on Fernside Street between Carson and <br />Goodwin Streets with permanent speed humps, and find that the proposed <br />project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF ONE NEW SPEED HUMP ON <br />FERNSIDE STREET BETWEEN MCGARVEY AND ROOSEVELT AVENUES AND <br />REPLACEMENT OF THE TWO TEMPORARY SPEED HUMPS ON FERNSIDE <br />STREET BETWEEN CARSON AND GOODWIN STREETS WITH PERMANENT <br />SPEED HUMPS <br />C. Authorize Agreements for Design and Project Management for 101/84 <br />Interchange Project and Adopt Resolution Approving a Cooperative <br />Agreement with CalTrans in Support of the 101/84 Project <br />Staff contact: Jessica Manzi, Senior Transportation Coordinator 780-7372 <br />jmanzi@redwoodcity.org <br />Recommendation: <br />1.) By motion, approve and authorize City Manager to execute the <br />Agreement for Professional Services with AECOM Technical <br />Services, Inc. in the amount of $7,187,555 for design services and <br />authorize the City Manager to amend the Agreement, if necessary, up <br />to 10% of the Agreement amount, not to exceed $7,906,310; and <br />2.) By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />Amendment No. 4 to Agreement for Professional Services with <br />Krupka Consulting in the amount of $335,000 (not to exceed <br />$842,000 in total) for project management services; and <br />3.)
