By motion, approve and authorize City Manager to execute the <br />Agreement for Professional Services with AECOM Technical <br />Services, Inc. in the amount of $7,187,555 for design services and <br />authorize the City Manager to amend the Agreement, if necessary, up <br />to 10% of the Agreement amount, not to exceed $7,906,310; and <br />2.) By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />Amendment No. 4 to Agreement for Professional Services with <br />Krupka Consulting in the amount of $335,000 (not to exceed <br />$842,000 in total) for project management services; and <br />3.)
