6.1.E. - Page 30 <br />A. Invoices: Vendor will invoice the City after each successful installation of a component. <br />B. Business License: The successful Bidder that is awarded the agreement will be required to be <br />licensed in accordance with the City of Redwood City's Business License Ordinance, <br />Municipal Code Chapter 32.101 through 32.156, entitled "Business Licenses". Business <br />license information (application, ordinance, fees) can be found by navigating to the City of <br />Redwood City homepage (www.redwoodcitv.ora) and selecting "Business," "Starting a <br />Business," "Business Licensing." <br />C. Implementation Schedule: The City reserves the right to purchase individual items at various <br />times throughout a one-year period. The City may purchase the chemical feed system and <br />integrated smart controller system at a later time, after evaluation of mixing unit and residual <br />monitoring system performance. Bidder must provide prices for all components at this time. <br />Prices remain firm for one-year after award of contract to the successful bidder. <br />D. Specifications: The successful Bidder will provide the City with the following additional <br />materials: <br />• Factory -recommended maintenance schedules for all equipment and a list of <br />recommended spare parts <br />• General equipment specifications and data sheets for all components <br />• Installation, start-up, operation and maintenance instructions <br />• Diagram indicating electrical wiring needs <br />• All testing and certification documentation <br />E. Start -um Bidder will provide a technician to come on-site for initial installation and startup of <br />components, including calibration and tuning. <br />F. Training: Bidder will provide on-site training for City staff. Training should cover at a <br />minimum: calibration procedures, alarm and fault conditions, monitoring procedures and <br />operational procedures. <br />INSURANCE REOUIREMENTS <br />Vendor must obtain and maintain for the duration of the agreement and any and all amendments, <br />insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damage to property which may arise out of or in <br />connection with performance of the Services by Vendor or Vendor's agents, representatives, <br />employees or subcontractors. The insurance carrier is required to maintain an A.M. Best rating of <br />not less than "A -:VII". <br />A. Coverages and Limits. Vendor, at its sole expense, shall maintain the types of <br />coverages and minimum limits indicated below, unless otherwise approved by City in <br />writing. These minimum amounts of coverage will not constitute any limitations or <br />cap on Vendor's indemnification obligations under this Agreement. <br />a. Commercial General Liability Insurance. Vendor shall maintain occurrence <br />based coverage with limits not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence.
