<br /> DES:djk (\8/08/95 (018/68) <br /> ,ORfGI NAL <br /> A G R E E MEN T <br /> --------- <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES - SITE PLAN REVIEW/ <br /> NOISE AND SAFETY STUDY AT THE SAN CARLOS AIRPORT <br /> FOR ELECTRONIC ARTS MASTER PLAN <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ,qM day of <br />Þ-.<J-I"\.~ , 1995, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />("City") , and P & D AVIATION, a Division of P & D Consultants, <br />Inc. of San Francisco, California ("Consultant") ; <br /> WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> WHEREAS, City requires site plan review and a noise and <br />safety study at the San Carlos Airport in order to evaluate the <br />impacts on aviation noise and safety of the proposed Electronic <br />Arts construction of an office complex at the northeast corner of <br />Redwood Shores Parkway and Twin Dolphin Drive in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Project") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, City requires <br />professional consulting services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the <br />experience, and is qualified, to perform the aforesaid services <br />for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> l. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform <br />consulting and related services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
