<br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> CO-ED VOLLEYBALL OFFICIATING SERVICES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this i day of A6c./ ¿'-:''r/Jil'f!- <br /> 1995, between PENINSULA SPORTS OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION, hereinafter <br /> called "Contractor", and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California, hereinafter called "City"; <br /> WIT N E SSE T H: <br /> IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual convenants, agreements and <br /> conditions contained herein, the undersigned do agree as follows: <br /> 1. Contractor agrees to furnish diligently and faithfully the services to <br /> City, commencing on November 1, 1995, and terminating on March 1, 1996, <br /> said services to be as follows: <br /> To train provide, select, and schedule referees and scorekeepers <br /> for all volleyball games in the following Co-Ed Volleyball <br /> Leagues: <br /> LEAGUES GAMES <br /> Middle 39 <br /> Bottom 48 <br /> Top 30 <br /> 117 total <br /> and work related and incidental thereto, including such additional work as <br /> may be prescribed by the City Manager. <br /> 2. In the performance of such work, it is expressly understood that <br /> Contractor is an independent contractor and shall not be considered to be an <br /> employee of City for any purpose. <br /> .~- <br />
