<br /> ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> BASKETBALL OFFICIATING SERVICES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this 24f'- day of J\rbIJtM~'\.-/' <br /> 1995, between PENINSULA SPORTS OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION, hereinafter <br /> called "Contractor", and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California, hereinafter called "City"; <br /> WIT N E SSE T H: <br /> IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual convenants, agreements and <br /> conditions contained herein, the undersigned do agree as follows: <br /> 1.
