<br /> ~ <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> PERSONAL SERVICES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this ¡J v4 day of ~!' <br /> 1996, between PENINSULA BASEBASEBALL OFFICIALS AS CIATION, <br /> hereinafter called "Contractor", and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter called "City"; <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual convenants, agreements and <br /> conditions contained herein, the undersigned do agree as follows: <br /> 1. Contractor agrees to furnish diligently and faithfully the services <br /> to City, commencing on June 17, 1996, and terminating on August 1, 1996 <br /> said services to be as follows: <br /> (a) To train select, and schedule Scorekeepers for 60 <br /> Peppermint Patty softball games. <br /> (b) To supervise the necessary personnel to officiate at the <br /> above mentioned softball games; <br /> and work related and incidental thereto, including such additional work as <br /> may be prescribed by the City Manager. <br /> 2. In the performance of such work it is expressly understood that <br /> Contractor is an independent contractor and shall not be <br /> considered to be an employee of City for any purpose. <br /> ,>..,--,~ <br />
