<br />AGREEMENT <br />FOR <br />CO-ED SOFfBALL OFFICIATING SERVICES <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this,.;{SÓ: day of ~1vJI <br />1995, between PENINSULA SPORTS OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION, hereinafter <br />called "Contractor", and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, hereinafter called "City"; <br />WIT N E SSE T H: <br />IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual convenants, agreements and <br />conditions contained herein, the undersigned do agree a~ follows: <br />1. Contractor agrees to furnish diligently and faithfully the services to <br />City, commencing on September 17, 1995, and terminating on November 1, <br />1995, said services to be as follows: <br />To provide, select, and schedule umpires and scorekeepers <br />for all softball games in the following Co-Ed Softball Leagues: <br />LEAGUES GAMES <br />Eastern 24 <br />Pacific Coast 24 <br />California 24 <br />Montana 24 <br />American 24 <br />International 24 <br />Western 24 <br />Nevada 24 <br /> 192 <br />and work related and incidental thereto, including such additional work as <br />may be prescribed by the City Manager. <br /> '_4. -' <br />
