EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Funding for this agreement has been granted from the San Mateo County Health System, <br />Department of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services to support the Redwood City <br />and North Fair Oaks Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Partnership. <br />John W. Gardner Center for Youth and Their Communities at Stanford University will <br />continue its research and evaluation role in the Redwood City/North Fair Oaks ACD <br />Abuse Prevention Partnership. <br />Key activities will include: <br />Develop a report for the AOD Prevention Partnership and stakeholders, building <br />upon previous work, to determine how the ACD Prevention Partnership contributes <br />to the community's youth landscape. A number of data sources will be used, <br />including AOD Prevention Partnership partners' data and indicators, evidence from <br />youth and adult providers, and secondary data sources. <br />Contribute a research -oriented perspective to the AOD Prevention Partnership <br />steering committee meetings and in consultation with Prevention Partnership <br />partners; <br />Provide limited technical assistance to key staff of seven Prevention Partnership <br />member organizations. The technical assistance will be focused on supporting <br />partners in identifying and utilizing appropriate measurement tools to support the <br />Prevention Partnership's strategic objective of developing more robust measures <br />to capture the effects of the Prevention Partnership's work and supporting <br />Redwood City 2020 staff in engaging data in the strategic planning process (to <br />occur during fall and winter 2015, approximately 20 hours). This technical <br />assistance and planning will take place during previously established work group <br />meetings as well as with individual members via phone, email, and in-person. <br />Ensure appropriate County reporting and data collection requirements are met <br />including but not limited to entering and maintaining monthly CalOMS records. <br />• JGC staff will attend monthly Prevention Partnership Steering Committee <br />meetings. <br />Complete other tasks related the Redwood City 2020 ACD Prevention Partnership <br />as assigned and agreed upon by John W.
