ParkEdge'"' <br />ParkEdge is a free web -based parking management tool that enables operators of off-street parking <br />facilities to publish pricing, policy and restrictions about their facilities to motorists/drivers. <br />ParkEdge RT adds the ability for parking facilities to publish availability information via a data feed from <br />payment or access control systems or via manual estimates, <br />ParkEdge information is displayed in Parker, ParkerMap, and other distribution platforms through which <br />Streetline may publish parking information. <br />2. Professional Services <br />A dedicated Client Success Consultant will provide on -boarding, product and service training and <br />technical support during the duration of the contract. <br />(i) Standard Deployment: Upon completion of installation and calibration of the detection <br />system, the Client Success Consultant will deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for the <br />duration of the contract. Value-added services such as custom analytics requests and <br />ad-hoc reporting will be provided on an as -needed basis with a minimum of 2 weeks <br />notice and billed at $100/hr, provided that the aggregate amount paid for such value- <br />added services shall not exceed $10,000 during the term of the Agreement. <br />(ii) Hybrid Deployment: Upon completion of installation and calibration of the detection <br />system, the Client Success Consultant will deliver monthly analytics reports for the first <br />six months as Occupancy, Turnover and Duration of Stay data becomes available from <br />our machine -learning platform.
