<br /> ORIGINAL DES:djk 0"'08/95 (017/68) <br /> A G R E E MEN T <br /> --------- <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES - TRAFFIC IMPACT <br /> STUDY FOR ELECTRONIC ARTS MASTER PLAN <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this J ¡f" day of <br />ð~W , 1995, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />("City") , and FEHR & PEERS ASSOCIATES, INC. , of Lafayette, <br />California ("Consultant") ; <br /> WIT N E SSE T H : <br />WHEREAS, City requires a traffic study in order to <br />understand the traffic impacts of the proposed Electronic Arts <br />construction of an office complex at the northeast corner of <br />Redwood Shores Parkway and Twin Dolphin Drive in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Project") ; and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, City requires <br />transportation consulting services; and <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possess~ the <br />experience, and is qualified, to perform the aforesaid services <br />for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform <br />consulting and related services described in Exhibit "A" hereo f , <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />2 . COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br />Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in <br />an amount based upon Consultant's hourly rates that are currently <br />prevailing during the time of the performance of said services. <br />Consultant's hourly rates for which services hereunder shall be <br /> '-"~+"-"'~""" "--''"..._.....~. .-.......- <br />
