<br /> ORIGINAL <br />TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the following <br />described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City") and the <br />contractor (the "Contractor") hereinafter identified: <br />Title of Agreement: Professional Consulting Services for the Electronic Arts <br /> Master Plan. <br />Consultant: Fehr & Peers Associates, Inc. <br /> 3685 Mount Diablo Blvd., Suite 301 <br /> Lafayette, CA 94549 <br />Date of Agreement: September 19, 1995. <br />1. Task Described: Consultant shall perform the following services, which are in <br />addition to those services described in the Agreement: <br />Description of Services: Attend additional meetings and prepare responses <br />to comments as needed. <br />2. Compensation: <br />Compensation shall be provided as follows: <br />See attachments. <br />3. Time of Performance: Contractor shall perform the services to be provided <br />pursuant to this Task Order on or before the following: <br />Date of Completion: July 31, 1996. <br />4.
