<br /> .. <br /> FXS:mge u8/01/95 (002/75) <br />(a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage <br /> before the expiration of thirty (30) days after <br /> City shall have received written notification of <br /> cancellation or reduction in coverage by first <br /> class mail; <br />(b) Providing that Contractor's insurance shall apply <br /> separately to each insured against whom claim is <br /> made or suit is brought, except with respect to <br /> the limits of the insurer's liability (cross <br /> liability endorsement); <br />(c) Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, <br /> officers, boards, commissions, employees and <br /> agents, as additional insureds; and <br />(d) Providing that Contractor's insurance coverage <br /> shall be primary insurance with respect to City, <br /> its Council, officers, boards, commissions, <br /> employees and agents, and any insurance or <br /> self-insurance maintained by City for itself, its <br /> Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees <br /> or agents shall be excess of Contractor's <br /> insurance and not contributory with it. <br />13. NON-DISCRIMINATION AND ~QU~~ OPPORTUNITY. Contractor <br />hereby warrants and agrees that, in the performance of this <br />agreement, it will not, in connection with the employment, <br />advancement or discharge of employees, or in connection with the <br />terms, conditions or privileges of their employment, discriminate <br />against persons because of their age, except upon the basis of a <br />bona fide occupational qualification, retirement plan or <br /> 7 <br /> ._, <br />
