<br /> 3. Synthesize community organization strategies including <br /> organizing focus groups, surveys, town hall meetings; <br /> 4. Assist in developing collaborative grant applications <br />5. ORGANIZATION STRATEGIES. <br /> A. The Committee shall direct its efforts towards Redwood City and its <br /> immediate sphere of influence. <br /> B. The Committee will endeavor to vvork with already existing <br /> organizations and structures within the community to maintain a <br /> commitment to reducing the duplication and fragmentation of services. <br />6. REDWOOD CITY 2000 COMMITTEE STAFF. It is understood that the <br /> Committee will require the services of a project coordinator and related <br /> support staff. <br /> A. The Leadership Group will designate the City to contract for the Project <br />Coordinator and necessary staff on behalf of the Committee. <br /> B. The County, Elementary School District and High School District agree <br />to transfer to City, their contributions in the amount of Fourteen Thousand and <br />no/100 dollars «$14,000.00) each, within sixty (60) days of the execution of this <br />Agreement and on each anniversary date thereafter. The parties acknowledge that <br />County has already made its contribution for the first year by contributing the sum of <br />Fourteen Thousand and no/dollars ($14,000.00) to the South County Coalition for <br />the Prevention of Substance Abuse pursuant to the agreement entitled 'Agreement <br />Between the County of San Mateo, the City of Redwood City, Redwood City <br /> 4 <br /> .. ~. <br />
