<br /> 1. The Leadership Group shall consist of four persons, and shall <br />be composed of one representative from the County, one representative from the <br />City, and one representative from each of the school districts named herein. <br /> 2. The Leadership Group shall have the following functions: <br /> a. Recruit and hire and/or contract for a coordinator and <br /> any related support staff for the project. <br /> b. Provide leadership for the Committee; <br /> c. Establish operating agreements for the Committee <br /> d. Oversee the activities of the Committee and its staff; <br /> e. Designate standards and criteria for evaluation of the <br /> vvork completed by the Committee; <br /> f. Approve expenditures of funds or commitment of <br /> resources. <br />B. Redwood City 2000 Committee: The Committee shall consist of a <br />policy maker and a top staff person representing each of the Parties and also may <br />include the following members: <br /> 1. Representatives of City and County law enforcement <br /> 2. Representatives of neighborhood groups <br /> 3. Representatives of the medical community <br /> 4. Representatives of the non-profit community <br />C. Proiect Coordinator: The Committee will be supported by a Project <br />Coordinator who will work with the parties and other members of the Redwood City <br />2000 Committee as follows: <br />1. Facilitate communication and skill building between local <br /> collaboratives, coalitions and task forces and the Committee; <br />2. Facilitate strategic planning process through the provision of staff <br /> support to the Committee; <br /> 3 <br /> ...... ..... <br />
