<br />Elementary School District and Sequoia Union High School Distri~ (form dated <br />8/4/94). <br />7. PARTIES PROVISION OF FUNDING. FACILITIES AND SERVICES. <br />Except as hereinabove set forth, each of the Parties will contribute the sum of <br />Fourteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($14,000.00) annually to support the work of <br />the Redwood City 2000 Committee. <br />8. HOLD HARMLESS. Each party hereto ("Indemnitor-) hereby agrees to <br />defend, indemnify, and save harmless each other party and its respective governing <br />board, council, officers, boards, commissions agents, and employees (collectively, <br />"Indemnitees·) against and from any and all claims, suits, actions of every name, <br />kind, and description, \/IIhich may be brought against Indemnitees,or any of them, by <br />reason of any injury to, or death of, any person (including corporations, partnerships, <br />and associations) or damage suffered or sustained by any such person arising from, <br />or alleged to have arisen from, any act or omission to act, negligent or otherwise, of <br />Indemnnitees, its officers, agents or employees under this Agreement. <br /> 9 . ACTS AND OMISSIONS OF PROJECT COORDINATOR. The acts <br />~nd omissions of the Project Coordinator shall not in any way be construed as the <br />acts and omissions of the City but shall be construed, if at all, as the acts and <br />omissions of the Parties. <br /> 5 <br /> ...... ..... <br />
