The County, Elementary School District and High School <br /> Drstrict agree to transfer to City, their contribution in the amount of <br /> Fourteen Thousand and No/100 dollars ($14,000.00) each, within <br /> sixty (60) days of the execution of this Agreement. <br /> 7. PARTIES PROVISION OF FUNDING. FACILITIES. AND <br /> SERVICES. Except as hereinabove set forth, each of the Parties will <br /> contribute the sum of Fourteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($14,000.00) <br /> annually to support the work of the Redwood City 2000 Coordinating <br /> Committee. <br /> 8. HOLD HARMLESS. Each party hereto ("indemnitor") hereby <br /> agrees to defend, indemnify, and save harmless each other party and its <br /> respective governing board, council, officers, boards commissions, agents, and <br /> employees (collectively, "Indemnitees") against and from any and all claims, <br /> suits, actions of every name, kind and description, which may be brought <br /> against indemnitees, or any of them, by reason of any injury to, or death of, any <br /> . person (including corporations, partnerships and associations) or damage <br /> suffered or sustained by any such person arising from, or alleged to have arisen <br /> from, any act or omission to act, negligent or otherwise, of Indemnitees, it <br /> officers, agents or employees under this Agreement. <br /> 9. ACTS AND OMISSIONS OF PROJECT COORDINA TOR. <br /> The acts and omissions of the Project Coordinator shall not in any way <br /> . be construed as the acts and omissions of the City but shall be construed, if at <br /> all, as the acts and omissions of the Parties. <br /> 5 <br /> --~._, ~' <br />
