Our proposal is for those areas as outlined in your RFP mentioned above as Area lA & Area 1 B as <br /> revised to 450 feet for Upton from Vera to Madison and 350 feet for Madison from Upton to <br /> Topaz. <br /> 2. We are prepared to provide our services in strict conformance with the scope of work outlined in <br /> your RFP as well <br /> 3. Our proposed fee for this work is as fonows: <br /> For Area lA the amount of $18,500.00 <br /> For Area 1B the amount of 3,485.00 <br /> Total for Areas 1A & 1B $21,985.00 <br /> Should the above fees be acceptable to you, we would be happy to negotiate other details such as <br /> schedule, method of payments and alike to ascertain mutual convenience and satisfaction. <br /> 1. Field crew 71 hours $185.00Ihour $13,135.00 <br /> 2. Drafting 92 hours ~ $75.00/hour 6,900.00 <br /> 3. Principal 13 hours $150.00/hour 1,950.00 <br /> 4. Administration 13 hours C $35.00Ihour N/C <br /> TOTAL PROPOSED FEE $21,985.00 <br /> We are prepared to start the project within one week from the Monday following the date that the contract <br /> is awarded. Hopefully, it will conform with your 11/01104 date requirement. We are prepared to provide <br /> you the first completed drawing of Heller (from Maple to Spruce) within 12 working days after our work <br /> commences.
