<br /> DES:djk ^~/10/95 (015/68) <br /> ORIGINfiL <br />. <br /> A G R E E MEN T <br /> --------- <br /> ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES - REDWOOD SHORES <br /> SATELLITE MAINTENANCE FACILITY <br /> .fh- <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this Æ day of <br /> ~~, 1995, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />("City") , and WINGES ARCHITECTURE & PLANNING of Burlingame, <br />California ("Architect") ; <br /> WIT N E SSE T H . <br /> . <br /> WHEREAS, City proposes to construct a satellite maintenance <br />facility at Redwood Shores in the City of Redwood City (the <br />"Project") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, City requires <br />architectural design services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Architect represents that it possesses the <br />experience, and is qualified, to perform the aforesaid services <br />for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Architect shall review, prepare <br />and perform architectural design and related services described <br />in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br />Architect for all services performed by Architect hereunder in an <br />amount based upon Architect's hourly rates that are currently <br />prevailing during the time of the performance of said services. <br />Architect's hourly rates for which services hereunder shall be <br />performed are set forth in Architect's Hourly Billing Rates and <br /> ._..~"_.,_____.__.__,._,.n."__~_'~_'__' . ...n.·_......·....._......._ ...._~.___.,_. <br />
