<br /> DES:d-i'!r 11/27/96 (011/72) <br /> A G R E E MEN T ORIGINAL <br /> --------- <br /> PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES - <br /> HOPKINS AVENUE WATERLINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 6th day of <br />January , 199¡, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />("City") , and E.E. WOODS LAND SURVEYORS, INC. , of Redwood City, <br />California ("Consultant") ; <br /> WIT N E SSE T H : <br />WHEREAS, City requires the replacement of old and <br />deteriorated waterlines in the vicinity of Hopkins Avenue in the <br />City of Redwood City (the "Project") ; and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional topographic surveying services; and <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the <br />experience, and is qualified, to perform the aforesaid services <br />for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall prepare a <br />topographic survey and perform related services described in <br />Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br />2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br />Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in <br />an amount based upon Consultant's hourly rates that are currently <br />prevailing during the time of the performance of said services. <br />A copy of Consultant's hourly rates for which services hereunder <br /> ---... <br />
