<br /> DES:dj1r 05/08/96 (003/47) <br /> WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to renew and extend the <br />term hereof and revise the compensation payable hereunder for the <br />period July 1, 1996 - June 30, 1997; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. Paragraph 2 of the Basic Agreement is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> II 2. COMPENSATION. SBSA shall compensate City in the <br /> amount of Sixty Thousand Eight Hundred Four and No/100 <br /> Dollars (60,804.00) per year, of which Eight Thousand Five <br /> Hundred Eighty-three and No/100 Dollars ($8,583.00) shall be <br /> designated as payment specifically for the services of the <br /> City's Director of Finance as Controller of SBSA.II <br /> 2. Paragraph 4 of the Basic Agreement is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> 114. TERM. The term of this agreement is one (1) year, <br /> to wit: July 1 , 1996 - June 30, 1997, unless sooner <br /> terminated by either party as provided in paragraph 6 . <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing, this agreement may be renewed <br /> by written amendment or supplement hereto approved, in the <br /> case of SBSA, by motion of its Commission, and in the case <br /> of City, by motion of its Council. II <br /> 3.
