<br />., <br /> r /'-''''" DES:d': 20/95 (005/52) <br />including death, and property damage occasioned by the operations <br />of Owner or Owner's contractors or subcontractors under the terms <br />of this agreement, and shall be in the minimum limits of <br />$1,000,000 for personal injuries to, or death of, anyone person, <br />$1,000,000 for personal injury or death arising out of any one <br />occurrence, and property damage limits of not less than <br />$1,000,000 arising out of any one occurrence. The policies <br />ment:ioned herein shall contain a provision that City shall <br />receive an unconditional notice in writing thirty (30 ) days in <br />advance of an insurer's intention to cancel or materially to <br />change the terms of said policies given to City. If such <br />insurance covers Owner, other entity, or person(s) in addition to <br /> ( ,- <br />the City of Redwood City, such policy shall contain the standard , <br /> , <br />form of cross liability or severability of interest endorsement. , <br /> .-- ~ <br />Such insurance shall also specij:ically insure any contractual <br />liability assumed by Owner under the terms of t:his agreement, ,. <br />including, but not limited to, the provisions of Paragraph 1 <br />above. <br /> 5. MONUMENTS. All pipes and monuments shown on the <br />subdivision map hereinafter referenced which are destroyed or <br />displaced during construction operations shall be replaced by <br />Owner at the time of the final inspection of the Improvement:s, if <br />any, hereunder by City. <br /> 6. OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMEN~~S. It is agreed that title and <br />ownership of all Improvements constructed for the benefit of City <br />hereunder by Owner shall vest absolutely in City upon completion <br />and acceptance of such Improvements by City. <br /> 5 <br /> I ",.'
