JL1798 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> l. That certain parcel map identified as Parcel Map No. <br />91-1 (3218 Oak Knoll Drive) in the City of Redwood City, prepared <br />by Horizon Survey and Land Development, Land Surveyor, for Weslan. <br />Development, Inc. , a California corporation, the owner of record <br /> <c <br />of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer (5 <br /> C <br />as conforming' to the tentative parcel map for said subdivision, U <br /> (j <br />is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: (. <br /> í' <br /> (a) Before the release of said parcel map by the City ,. <br /> .~ <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owners or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of the property described by said map shall <br /> enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision <br /> improvement agreement on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map <br /> No. 91-111 , (form dated 03/20/95) wherein Owner, in <br /> consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall <br /> agree t.o construct and complete in the time specified in <br /> said agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the <br /> - ········1- <br />
