BOX 391 A G R E E MEN T <br />1020 MIDDLEfELD ROAD --------- <br />REDWOOD CITY, CA 94064 for the <br /> IMPROVEMENT OF PARCEL MAP NO. 91-1 <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into thi s 31st day of <br /> March 1995, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> --'. , <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City") , and <br /> WESLAN DEVELOPMENT, INC. , a California Corporation ("Owner") ; <br /> WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> WHEREAS, Owner is engaged in subdividing certain property <br /> under the designation of Parcel Map No. 91-1 at 3218 Oak Knoll <br /> Drive, situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, <br /> State of California; and ({ <br /> (' <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the parcel t:. <br /> (. <br /> map conforms to the tentative parcel map for the proposed ( <br /> ( <br /> subdivision; and <br /> ( <br /> WHEREAS, Owner has requested that the parcel map be approved <br /> prior to the construction and completion of the public <br /> improvements, including all public utility facilities which are a <br /> part of, or appurtenant to, the abovementioned subdivision, which <br /> improvements are to be construct~ed in accordance with, and as <br /> required by, the plans, specifications and details hereinafter <br /> described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in order to ensure satisfactory performance <br /> by Owner of Owner's obligations under Chapter 30 of the Code of <br /> the City of Redwood City, the subdivision regulations of said <br /> City, and in consideration of the approval of the parcel map for <br /> the subdivision, and in accordance with the conditions of <br /> , <.' ._"~,_.,~._,~ "",-"~"---,.,---",-",,, <br /> I <br />
